A little storefront grew into a large, notable restaurant---one of the first in the area to offer French cuisine with Thai accents. For years, people from the western suburbs and surrounding areas have been bringing their wine, and enjoying the well-prepared and presented food. The rooms are spare and neat, with paneled walls and votive candles on the tables, and the staff is most solicitous. Have the woodsy mushroom soup, or an imaginative salad, and any of the entrées, especially the raspberry duck. Desserts are dependable, like crème brûlée and chocolate mousse pie.
