Good `n Plenty Restaurant and Bakery Description:
This family style restaurant is housed in a farmhouse that was built in 1871. In 1969 the house was purchased by Christ and Dolly Lapp, who decided to turn the house into a restaurant.
The restaurant originally seated only 114 people which led to long waits.
In 1971, the restaurant expanded and a room was added to the rear of the restaurant, making it possible to seat 570 guests. A large waiting area was added in 1978, and, in the winter of 1994-1995, the restaurant underwent a major remodeling and addition. Today, the restaurant can accommodate over 600.
