Ed and Carol Stoudt, not content with all the recognition they have won for their exceptional beer, created this giant antiques mall where you can shop, see the beer being brewed, and finish off with a meal at the restaurant. It's a Victorian treasure where the menu changes seasonally and emphasizes local and organic items. The steaks are hand-trimmed, the bread is artisanal, there's seafood aplenty, and you can enjoy dinner surrounded by all the things you've bought that day. The Amish Country is something to see in itself---a land where time has stopped---and it's only about an hour's drive from the center of Philadelphia.
