Chin Chin Chinese Description:
Each Chin Chin operates with a basic menu, but may customize some of its dishes to suit local tastes. This location is known for its Mongolian Triple, a combination of beef, shrimp and chicken, as well as the Chin Chin Double featuring filet mignon and golden crispy prawns with black pepper sauce. We like the hot appetizers for sharing, including the excellent salt-and-pepper calamari and the soft-shell crabs. The cold noodles with hot sesame sauce make a lively counterpoint to more mild dishes, adding another dimension to a meal. While much of the menu is typical of Chinese American fare, dishes seem singularly well prepared. Chef's specials include such unusual items as Taiwanese chicken (a casserole with vegetables in a hot pot). Some ten percent of the dishes are specials at this location, including the black pepper filet mignon. Service is exceptionally friendly and swift.
