This Colombian restaurant serves huge portions of its country's classic cuisine. The menu of "typical dishes" goes back and forth between pork and steak---or both---to be brought out with rice and beans, plantains and salad. The grilled steak platter is a satisfying meal, especially after a generous dousing of hot sauce. All the meat dishes are mirrored with seafood varieties, such as salmon, red snapper and shrimp. The sangría is a must-have and sweetens the entire meal. If dessert is possible, arroz con leche or tres leches flan are traditional follow-ups.
