Zango Description:
The Zango is a tree used by the desert-dwelling Hausa tribe both for guidance and as a shelter to eat and drink under. The menu, which changes twice a year, offers new tastes, products and textures from around the world: for example, Zatazés (a mixture of Zakouskis, Tapas and Mezzés), shrimp infused with fresh lemongrass, and bream with coconut milk cooked in a banana leaf.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the decor is themed on global travel. Rotating exhibitions of photographs, books and watercolors are held every month.
