La Gare Description:
The decor of the old station makes it a unique location in the western part of Paris. Chef Alain Pierre Garnier prepares a range of quality traditional French dishes.
The quaysides along the former Muette train station now serve as setting for spit-roasted goodies such as poulet-de-Bresse, Limousin lamb and Nebraska beef. A quick stop in a chic neighborhood. Entirely rennovated in 2004, this restaurant, laid out in the former Muette train station, enjoys a modern décor with rich gildings and red drapery along with a magnificent terrace. The mozzarella and eggplant tartine, sea bass à la plancha and risotto fried with tomato, and chocolate moelleux go over well, like the bill (menus at €31 and €36).
