It is run by Michel Rostang's daughter, Caroline, who presents the soft, "hip" version of Rostang's cuisine in this renovated old place. Quiet outdoor terrace opening on the pedestrian area of central Place du Marché Saint-Honoré. Suggest tuna mi-cuit (half cooked) with Indian pepper.
