The stylish Ferdi opened for business in 2004. Popular dishes include caponata (rich ratatouille with pine nuts), ceviche (fish salad marinated in lime), shredded beef with black beans, and what Penelope Cruz described as the best cheeseburger in Paris.
At the bar, Jacques, the owner, artfully prepares a mojito according to the rules, while Alicia puts the finishing touches on a delicious tortilla, seasons the gaspacho and ceviche or prepares the empanadas or a tremendous cheeseburger.
