L'Encrier restaurant is decorated in brick and wood and has a house speciality that you won't find anywhere else: poire au roquefort (pear with roquefort) served with a glass of sweet Jurançon. The menu also offers more traditional dishes such as Scottish poached egg (with salad, hot lentils and smoked salmon) and saddle of lamb roasted with herbs and cabécou.
