Designers and models dine at the La Cour Jardin, on the patio of the Hôtel Plaza Athénée where Romain Meder, young prodigy of Alain Ducasse's team, serves with honor the cuisine of the South: saffron risotto cooked in a bouillabaisse stock, roasted turbot with a chanterelle mushroom, artichoke, and lemon confit, tagine of lamb from Limousin, and marvelous desserts designed by Christophe Michalak, like strawberry and rhubarb streusel and a lime milkshake. These selections are light but satisfying during the summer heat.
