Le Boudoir Description:
Alice Bardet and her husband Olivier Loize, formerly in advertising, well-trained in cooking by none other than Jean Bardet, her father, opened their own brasserie where they propose original set menus. The space is divided into three little rooms. One of them has tile floor dating back to the thirties, a metal bar facing a large leather couch and some small round tables to nibble and quench one's thirst. On the first floor, there are three rooms, "Marie-Antoinette," "Palmes d'Or" and a "smoking room," including exclusive compartments where puros can be stored. A late breakfast is served between 11:00am and noon, as well as afternoon snacks from 3:00pm until 6:00pm. A la carte, you can enjoy a real egg with mayonnaise, followed by a double rib of veal lengthily cooked in a sautéing pan, served with true juices and fresh chanterelles and you can end with a Roussillon red apricot tart. The winemakers selected by Alice belong, as she says, to the family. Their portraits decorate the walls and their wines are nature friendly and traditionally made. They are served by 12 cl., 50 cl., 75 cl. and 150 cl. Menus €16, €22, €27. A la carte €50.
