Restaurant Cojean, named after its founder, is a new, hip reinvention of a fast food joint. Since 2001, they have opened eighteen new branches in Paris and its surroundings, attracting a young crowd that does not want to spend time and money on their food, but expects quality ingredients and healthy fare.
