Sparkling décor, fast improving service and professional cuisine set the tone for the smart 16th arrondissement brasserie. High quality oysters, goats cheese in pastry (a little bland, though) excellent grills (entrecôte with béarnaise sauce), crème brûlée and profiteroles are more than acceptable. Menu € 33 (with wine). A la carte €60.
