Tante Marguerite Description:
The late Bernard Loiseau's second bistro at the Place du Palais Bourbon is a chic dining option with wood paneling and white tablecloths. Several typical bistro dishes such as marbled ham and a ragoût of escargots find themselves side by side with roasted John Dory, or even a mix of veal loin and sweetbreads simmered with Jerusalem artichokes with Savory from Provence. What's special about Tante Marguerite is the addition of two separate rooms for those rare smokers of Havana cigars. Wines such as Sauvignon from Saint-Bris and hautes-côtes de Beaune are also served. The set menu costs €50.
