Don't fail to book your table way in advance, for La Régalade fills up fast. Here's why: despite Yves Camdeborde's departure, his young and impeccable successor, Bruno Doucet, serves up the same first-rate cooking at reasonable prices. Regionally rooted but modern in outlook, diners are still warmly welcomed with a plate of charcuterie, and the prix-fixe menu at €32 continues to propose specialties such as foie gras and creamy chanterelle broth, pork breast caramelized in meat juice and for dessert, rice pudding. Appealing Southwestern cellar with prices that match the menu.
