Ramulaud & son Brunch Description:
A traditional bistro weekdays with a modern and satisfying fare transforms itself into a typical Guinguette (dance hall) on one Sunday a month thanks to an accordionist, a guitarist and a drums player. It then becomes the stage for a mini-folk music festival with old-time standards amid a French-style brunch. You'll find delicious terrine and incomparable boudin (blood pudding) purée from Joël Meurdesoif (8, rue Albert Bayet 75013 Paris). There are also eggs in mayonnaise, omelets, grilled herring, braised ham and salade Lyonnaise (charcuterie and potatoes). That's the core of the menu, in which each dish is made and served with love. During Sunday Brunch, the owner chooses the wine, but the wine list is of exceptional quality and price.
