Le 144 Petrossian Description:
Grand purveyor of caviar and smoked salmon starts his revolution. In the kitchen, the former assistant of chef Sébastien Faré, a young Senegalese, replaces the menu of this house of traditions with flourishes of spices and sunny preparations. He presents smoked salmon done three different ways and tumeric artichokes, crispy wild Iranian shrimp curry, spinach and grilled kacha and apple macaroons, and gingerbread ice cream. Even the menu priced have been lowered, with the lunch one at €35 or the dinner menu at €45. The surroundings have not escaped this revision. Changes in windows and colored chairs, large mirrors... put a bit of rhythm into the two light-gray salons of the restaurant. Service is dignified, yet friendly, and a well-conceived wine list insures excellent choices to go with your meal.
