Victor Bride, former second in line to Gabriel Biscay and Kérever at Le Duc d'Enghien, has taken over this seafood bistro surprisingly situated within a shopping center in the 15th arrondissement. The scampi raviolis are miraculously light while a steamed cod filet is perfectly cooked and served with an unadulterated potato purée. Good wines and nice prices (€30 à la carte) justify a visit to this sure value in Montparnasse.
