L'Aiguière Description:
Hospitality is the keynote in this flowery, refined décor with its friendly atmosphere. The cooking, deeply rooted in tradition, incorporates a quality of ingredients that is impeccable, and sometimes more contemporary dishes are available. Gourmets will do well with the accord mets-vins menu (€67) with offerings such as prawn and porcini mushroom risotto, royal sea bream in a potato crust, roast goose filet and a slice of foie gras, and chocolate soufflé. Eclectic wine list; elegant setting overseen by owner Patrick Masbatin.
