Stick with the Burmese specialties-with curries, potatoes, crunchy bean sprouts and lentils-for a taste treat. We like the several noodle dishes, including one with curried noodles and vegetables. The soups, some made with coconut milk, are good, especially the chicken noodle. The samosas (savory turnovers) are a good way to start your adventure.
