Dinks Restaurant Description:
With soaring windows, a sleek post-modern décor of steel, wood and glass, a sprawling patio, indoor and outdoor cabanas and a large, glistening central bar, Dink's is a place that cries out "Let's party." The martini, mojito, margarita and mixed drinks menu is almost as long as the food menu, which is extensive. Both food and drink menus are eclectic, with drinks ranging from the comparatively austere basil martini to such unabashedly outrageous concoctions as the S'more Tini (it involves chocolate and marshmallows, which is great for people who yearned for alcohol in the nursery). Entrées include Asian, Southwestern, Cajun, Caribbean and Italian influences, such as in the carne asada burrito and celebration paella, though the influences aren't so great as to intimidate the cautious. Portions are large and the dishes are designed for sharing. Pizzas, sandwiches and burgers are also listed, so no one need feel they've strayed too far from home. Wednesday night is seafood night, and new fish dishes are added weekly.
