Tucked into a small shopping strip three miles west of downtown Pagosa on the north side of Hwy 160 next to an H&R Block and a fitness center, this intimate, husband and wife operated dining room specializes in a small plate tapas style "grazing" menu in addition to its regular menu of full entrees, salads, grilled pizzas, and sandwiches. With a distinctive pan-asian flair, 565 Grill features such items as Tuna Sashimi, Pot stickers, Jumbo Sea Scallops in Curry Tomato Sauce, and Beef, Chicken, or Shrimp and Lump crab Nachos from its Grazing Menu, as well as a variety Asian-amped seafood and steaks from its regular menu. Beer, spirits, and wine are served, the latter by the bottle or glass. The dining room seats roughly 30 at a combination of tables and booths.
