The thatched roof, banana palms and corrugated tin siding make this casual eatery feel almost like a theme restaurant dedicated to Cabo San Lucas. The lady patting out handmade tortillas and grilling them in the center of the space sells the idea of fresh cuisine, which is important when ordering fish. Plus, the kids like watching her always-moving hands. Some of Cabo's specialties include tableside guacamole, a giant quesadilla, shrimp and octopus cocktails, shrimp Veracruz and huachinango (a whole, fried red snapper). A long list of tequilas and margaritas adds to the fun. Breakfast, served on Saturdays and Sundays, features huevos rancheros and chilaquiles.
