I was drawn here because of the very different name. Baton Rouge, never heard of it before. I'm so glad I decided to order the smoked salmon dip. I find that it can be easy to flaw Cajun dishes if you aren't extra careful. When they're done right, there is nothing better. And Baton Rouge definitely has what it takes.
