Review :
Customer service was horrible. In the morning the server was rude.  I was in line first and she ignored me and served her friend who was behind me.  When I told her I was here before him, she she got angry and said, oh well. The evening staff are younger and really don't care. The burgers are lacking, cold   and cold inside. The only thing I order there is the onion rings.  They get angry when you want fresh ones.  I eventually stopped going, and now we are regulars at Harvey's. They are more professional, and value their customers right across the street from Shoppers Drug Mart. I like that I can see how my food is being prepared.  With A & W you don't know if they spit in your food by their bad customer service and immaturity. I don't trust eating from this restaurant.
