Uno Chicago Bar & Grill is an odd name for a restaurant that specializes in pizza. Known for years as Pizzeria Uno, the restaurant is a Chicago institution. The chain was renamed as a Bar & Grill to emphasize its other entrées, including pastas, burgers, wraps and fajitas. It's the pizza, however, that shines here---deep dish and thin crust. Both are good choices, and include a savory sauce made of chunky tomatoes. The spinoccoli is a standout, with fresh spinach and broccoli, a blend of cheeses, garlic and seasoned tomatoes.
