The friendly staff will help, and then the chef will create a special dish just for you, from simple steamed clams to an elaborate Chilean sea bass or crisp salt-and-pepper shrimp. You may prefer one of the poultry, beef or pork entrées. Roasted duck and pork hangs inside the front window, and they're happy to offer you a nibble while you wait for take-out. Appetizers are so-so, spring rolls, pan-fried dumplings and such. You may want to call ahead to see what's left in the tanks.
