Hungry tourists can fill up at this I-Drive Chinese buffet, a cut above other inexpensive eateries with a Mongolian grill, a large cooking surface for the Mongolian barbecue. The concept is simple: grab an empty bowl and fill it with your choice of raw meats, vegetables and sauces before handing it to the chef who stir-fries it on the grill. There are several meats, including beef, chicken and pork, sliced razor thin. The vegetable selection varies, but usually includes broccoli, cabbage, bean sprouts, celery and onions. Those who don't want to forgo the typical buffet fare will find plenty of old standbys including barbecue spareribs, sesame chicken, fried rice, crab Rangoon, egg rolls and teriyaki chicken. Your meal includes a salad bar, the Chinese buffet, the Mongolian barbecue, desserts and an ice-cream bar. The dinner buffet includes several seafood items, including crab legs.
