China Jade Description:
China Jade is not your typical Chinese buffet. And it's all because of the barbecue. Not of the backyard sorts, but a Mongolian grill. This large cooking surface is the basis for the Mongolian barbecue. The concept is simple: grab an empty bowl and fill it with your choice of raw meats, vegetables and sauces before handing it to the chef who stir-fries it on the grill. There are several meats, including beef, chicken and pork, sliced razor thin. The vegetable selection varies, but usually includes broccoli, cabbage, bean sprouts, celery and onions. Those who don't want to forgo the typical bright-orange, sweet-and-sour sauce buffet fare will still find plenty of old stand-bys, including crab rangoon, barbecue spareribs, fried rice, egg rolls and teriyaki chicken. Meals include a salad bar, the Chinese buffet, the Mongolian barbecue, desserts and an ice-cream bar. The dinner menu includes several seafood items, including crab legs. Don't come unless you're hungry...very hungry. This location is next to Orlando Fashion Square Mall.
