Boheme, The Description:
This is one of downtown Orlando's top dining experiences, in a jewel box of a hotel, the Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando. Just outside the dining room is a shimmering Imperial Grand Bösendorfer piano, part of the setting for a diverse menu that's a balance of high-end classics and inspired creations. Entrées we can recommend include the sea bass with cilantro truffle oil, rack of lamb or the hefty bone-in rib-eye. Accompaniments---portioned so there's plenty to share---include grilled asparagus, risotto and Bohemian mac 'n' cheese. Enjoy a fine glass of wine from the restaurant's extensive wine cellar with 3,000 bottles on the shelf. There are plenty of super selections by the glass, if you can't decide on red or white. Nearly two-dozen sparkling wines and Champagnes are fine starters, and a solid catalog of old-world and new-world vintages round out the list.

Review :
I can only comment on this restaurant during a "holiday" visit. For large turnouts the Bohemian sets up an overflow room. If the main room is filled, even if you have reservations you are seated in the overflow. I can not attest to the food in the main room, but if it is like anything in the overflow room, you would be best to take the $60 per person, plus a 20% service charge, and eat it, because it would have to taste better than what was provided. Hot food in warming dishes were not hot, sometimes unrecognizable and tasteless. The two choices at the carving bar, were tough, fatty and cold. The childrens' section consisted of cold chicken tenders and mac and cheese.
