Chili's - UCF Description:
Chili's is the quintessential bar and grill. With its emphasis on alcoholic concoctions, appetizers and large entrées in a noisy setting, it doesn't offer too much more than what you'd expect. Not that the food is bad. Some of the dishes are actually pretty good, and you can create your own combo with any two favorites: grilled salmon, baby-back ribs, chicken shrimp or sirloin steak. Go for the optional grilled vegetables; they're worth the price. The Southwestern dishes are usually quite tasty---try the crispy shrimp tacos with spicy coleslaw and tequila lime sauce or chicken and green chili soup and a quesadilla salad. For those watching their weight, the chain's guiltless grill entrées are mostly quite tasty. Hamburgers are also available sans the meat, made with a black bean patty.
