Chili's Bar & Grill Description:
Chili's is the quintessential bar and grill. With its emphasis on alcoholic concoctions, appetizers and large entrées in a noisy setting, it doesn't offer too much more than what you'd expect. Not that the food is bad. Some of the dishes are actually pretty good. The Big Mouth Bites, mini burgers with bacon and cheddar, are bit indulgent, but tasty nonetheless. The well-known ribs are flavorful, as are the hand-battered fried shrimp. Go for the optional grilled vegetables; they're worth the price. Chili's also has good sandwiches and entrée salads. For those watching their weight, the chain's guiltless grill entrées are above average. Hamburgers are also available sans the meat, made with a black bean patty.
