Each unit includes 10 ft. ceilings, Jacuzzi spas, gas grills, Subzero/Wolf kitchen appliances including gas cook top, double oven with microwave and warming drawer wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker, granite counter tops, a gas fireplace in the living room and flat screen TVs. This one of a kind property features four levels of parking that provides spaces for each unit, six glass enclosed elevators, an oversized lobby with views of the pool and Gulf, an outdoor pool, available in the spring, a lazy river and sundeck, kids playground area, large indoor pool with underwater stereo and two hot tubs, sauna and steam rooms and fitness room.
