Review :
I am a salesman who travels throughout Southern Ontario and Western New York. I have been to many diners during my 27 years on the road. Hundreds of different mom and pop places I would say. Butterballs is by a country mile the worst place I have ever been to. The food is awful. I made the mistake of going there twice. Dinner (fish and chips) were absolutely disgusting. Soggy, burnt, tasteless unknown fish and terrible fries fried in dirty oil. The second time I was forced to give them a second chance because I was starving and ordered a burger. What a mistake! It was thin like a wafer and over cooked into a dry piece of something that can not be called food. The staff are a bunch of rude backwards country folk who are obviously new to the hospitality business.
Never again!!!!

Great place to eat just like mom used to make. cant say enough abouth the friendly staff. great breakfast menu
