although the food is pretty good, this resturants treatment towards employees is aweful. They make the waitresses share all their tips with the other waitresses, cash, hosts, superviosors, dishwashers, bakery, cooks, as well as the cleaners. This leaves then with next to nothing, as well as no insentive to work or do a good job. the staff are also to make the resturant their top priority in their life to the point that they can not book off special occasions such as weddings b/c work is more important. Inconclusion anna maes is not run like a proper buisness and is not in favour of the intrests of its employees. when running a buisness the employees are supose to feel welcome and excited to go to work.
