The menu is brief, but each dish is prepared with consistency. Start with the stuffed poblano pepper teaming with black beans, pulled chicken, grilled veggies and cheddar-jack cheese and lobbed with a tangy, spicy sauce. Follow up with the smoked North Coast salmon---unique in Oklahoma City. The deftly marinated fish is quick-smoked, finished on the grill and topped off with sweet rémoulade.
