With over 400 bottles in stock and over 60 wines available by the glass, one thing is clear at The Burgundy Room Dublin: vino is the raison d'être at this wine bar-tapas restaurant. Patrons of either Burgundy Room establishments, Short North or Dublin, can purchase a bottle of wine from their server to take home. But the Dublin Burgundy Room integrates an extensive wine shop into the restaurant. The tapas-style menu is the same as the Short North restaurant and includes food flights, entrées paired with a selection of wines designed to complement the dishes. The menu ranges from the homespun (grilled filet mignon with au gratin potatoes and grilled broccolini) to the more exotic (French-style casserole with white beans, local Ohio poultry, Ohio bacon and house-made sausage served with local field greens, confit pheasant leg, pistachios and golden raisins).
