Fleming's is the steakhouse destination for food and wine lovers seeking a stylish and memorable dining experience. Known for its Prime beef and steakhouse fare, Fleming's is equally celebrated for its wine program (100 vinos can be had by the glass alone). Appetizers, from tenderloin carpaccio to a chilled seafood tower, are mostly prepared with a light touch. One could easily make a meal from these alone, but it would be a shame to skip the main attraction: meat. Steaks range from an eight-ounce petite filet to a 22-ounce bone-in rib-eye; those, along with chops, poultry and a standout tuna mignon hardly require the sizable side dishes. If you must indulge, choose the chipotle cheddar macaroni and cheese. To end the meal on a sweet note, try any of the dessert options (we favor the walnut turtle pie).
