Parking:

The Paramount is surrounded by 3 major parking facilities.

Parking for accessible patrons is available at the City of Oakland's double decker parking lot located at Telegraph Avenue and 21st Street. The lot is directly across the street from the Paramount Theatre's Ticket Office and 21st Street entrance. Entrance to the lot may be accessed via Telegraph Avenue or 21st Street. Event parking is $10.00. There is also limited designated street parking available on the blocks surrounding the Paramount Theatre.

FROM BART:
* Exit at the 19th Street Oakland station. The Paramount is located 1 block north on Broadway.

General Rules:

NO Children under 3 years old admitted.

The Paramount Theatre has a No Ins and Outs policy.

EVERYONE MUST HAVE A TICKET
NO cameras or recording devices of any shape or form are permitted into the building.
NO outside food or beverages are permitted into the building.
Beverages purchased in the theatre must be consumed there.
There is no late seating.
If you arrive late for a performance, seating will be at the discretion of the house staff.
NO smoking.
PLEASE TURN OFF AND SILENCE ALL CELL PHONES AND PAGERS DURING THE SHOW!

LOST/STOLEN TICKET POLICY:
It is the policy of the Paramount Theatre not to replace any lost or stolen tickets.

Full bar service on Mezzanine and Lower levels. Prior to the performance and during intermission, a Paramount employee is available on the main floor near aisle 3 to provide drink service for disabled patrons unable to climb stairs.

Group sales guidelines vary depending on promoter and event. The Paramount does not offer a standard group discount apart from those defined by the promoter.

* Go east across Bay Bridge
* Bay Bridge becomes I-80 East
* Take the I-880 South ramp towards Alameda/Airport/San Jose
*Take the W. Grand Ave exit
*Head east on W. Grand Ave
*Turn right on Broadway Ave
*The theatre is located on your right at 2025 Broadway

FROM MARIN, BERKELEY, RICHMOND, OR SACRAMENTO:
* FROM MARIN, I-580 E/Richmond San Rafael Bridge puts you on I-80 West
* FROM BERKELEY, RICHMOND OR SACRAMENTO follow I-80 West
* From I-80 West take 580 East to 980 West
* From 980 West take the 17th Street Exit
* Turn left onto 17th Street
* Turn left onto Broadway
* The theatre is located on your left at 2025 Broadway

FROM CONCORD OR WALNUT CREEK:
* Take I-680 South to Hwy 24 West ramp towards Oakland/Lafayette
* Merge onto Hwy 24 West
* After going through the Caldecott Tunnel, Hwy 24 becomes I-980 West
* From I-980 W. take the 27th Street exit towards W. Grand Avenue
* Merge onto Northgate Avenue
* Turn left onto W. Grand Avenue
* Turn right onto Telegraph Avenue
* Turn left onto 20th Street
* Turn left onto Broadway/Broadway Auto Row
* This will bring you right in front of the theatre

FROM THE SOUTHBAY (SAN JOSE, FREMONT, CASTRO VALLEY):
* Take I-880 North towards Oakland
* Take the Broadway exit towards Downtown Oakland
* Stay to the right at the fork in the ramp
* Merge onto Broadway
* Broadway becomes Broadway/Broadway Auto Row
* Stay on Broadway to 21st Street, and you will be in front of the theatre
