Breads of India Description:
Chef-owner Rohit Singh took a cue from his Berkeley spot, branching out to other East Bay locales with added improvements. However, the classic and regional Indian cuisine remains, with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Over 170 varieties of breads and over 700 dishes rotate through the day's evolving menu, and the authentic fiery dishes---with a California twist of all-organic ingredients and olive oil instead of ghee---are the draw. Credit cards are now accepted, and reservations are taken for parties of four or more.
