A full dinner menu is served without pretension, ranging from classics like a dressed iceberg wedge or depth-defying mac 'n' cheese to popping prawn and corn fritters in a perfect chipotle aïoli, and intense quail---yes, quail!---stuffed with house-made sausage and cornbread in a wine reduction that's the perfect balance of exotic and familiar.
