The full bar is impressive not only for its selection of wines (700 bottles) and single-malt scotches, but also for its striking design. All of the bottles are shelved on a floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall; bartenders often have to climb a ladder and scoot back and forth along the wall to find a specific bottle.
