Quietly tucked into the obscure corner of a strip mall, Paquitos perhaps serves the only Mexican food in this North Miami Beach neighborhood. Exceptionally tasty margaritas are a major draw for college students at the nearby Florida International University campus, while families come for typical American-Mexican favorites prepared atypically well for this sort of place. In fact, you won't find better fajitas, tacos, tostadas, and enchiladas at these prices anywhere north of Homestead.
