Pdx Grille Description:
Located at the foot of the Wright Memorial Bridge, PDX Grille is one of the very few restaurants you can travel to by boat (several slips are available), sit outside and enjoy an unparalleled view of the Currituck and Albemarle Sounds. Watch dolphins play as you choose from a wide variety of lagers available on tap. Let the kids romp in the side yard as you select from a list of 22 sauces (General Tso, Texas Rib Ranger and sesame garlic, to name a few) for your wings. The list of appetizers could almost provide a tapas meal in itself with crab balls, bottle caps, chipsters, quesadillas and more but the rest of the menu is extensive and should be studied. From generous build-your-own salads to steak, chicken or shrimp on a stick (satay, really---and again you select your own sauce) to fish 'n' chips, steamed seafood selections, deli-style sandwiches, burgers and more---nobody will leave disappointed. All dining is outside (with the exception of a few seats in the very smoky bar) so implements are plastic and all plates are paper.
