Asked if I could swap the drumsticks in my 10 peice with wings instead BEFORE I placed my order. Both the waitress AND the cook said no problem! Get home and we have NO wings period!!! I seriously would Not have ordered the 10 piece without the confirmation.

The staff is pretty rude and doesn't care about the customer at all. Purchased a family meal with 2 side salads and both salads were frozen salad. Called location and staff couldn't have cared less. On my next visit asked to make sure that salads weren't frozen so i could eat with my meal and cashier rolled her eyes at me and said, "ya, they are frozen sometimes". Brutal, brutal service.

Ordered 7 piece meal...recieved all dark meat and was told that's all they had...personnel didn't care and just said "oh well". Didn't realize till I got home as this is a take out outlet. Stay away from this dishonest lot
