Constant Convocation Center Description:

Parking:

The main parking garage is located on the corner of Hampton Blvd and 43rd St (across 43rd St on the south end of the facility). There is accessible parking in the garage facility. Overflow parking is on the Old Dominion University parking garage located on the corner of 43rd St and Elkhorn Ave. This garage is one block from the facility and will have shuttle transportation to the facility.

There is a parking charge of $1.00 on all tickets purchased for events at the facility. There will be no additional parking fee at the garages.

General Rules:

Smoking is not allowed in the facility. There are designated smoking areas.

Things you cannot bring in: Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, glass bottles or aluminum cans, ice chests (coolers) or thermos containers, cameras or recording devices, sticks or clubs, fireworks, firearms or other weapons, bullhorns or noise makers, confetti, animals (except service dogs for the disabled), beachballs, outside food or beverages, stakeboards or rollerblades, water bottles or mugs.

Miscellaneous:

Restrooms in the Ted Constant Convocation Center have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible. The Center also has family restrooms in the main concourse and suite level.


Driving direction to Constant Convocation Center:
From Virginia Beach via the I-264 West:
From I-264 West, take the East Brambleton Exit (Exit 11). Brambleton will turn into Hampton Blvd. The Ted Constant Convocation Center will be located on your right, across from Old Dominion University.

From Interstate 664 East: (Newport News, (VA):
From I-664 East, take Exit 9 onto Route 164 toward Portsmouth. Stay on 164 and follow the signs to the midtown tunnel, (left on Cleveland Street). After the midtown tunnel, bear left following the signs to Hampton Blvd/Old Dominion University. The Constant Convocation Center will be located on your right hand side.

From Interstate 64 East: (Hampton, VA)
From I-64 E, take Exit 276A. (Granby St.) Bear right at the fork of the exit ramp following the signs to Terminal Blvd/Naval Station. Take the first exit to Terminal Blvd/Hampton Blvd/ODU. At the end of Terminal Blvd, turn left on Hampton Blvd. The Constant Center will be located on your left hand side.

From the North:
Take I-95 South to Richmond. Pick up I-64 East to Norfolk. Drive through the Hampton Roads Tunnel. Approximately 6 miles after leaving the tunnel, you will see a sign saying To Terminal Blvd/To ODU Next Right. As you bear right there will be another sign I-564/To Terminal Blvd/To Naval Base. Follow Terminal Blvd until you reach Hampton Blvd. (the 3rd traffic light). Turn left onto Hampton Blvd. The Constant Center will be on your left hand side.

From the South:
Take I-85 North or I-95 North to Route 58 East. Follow Route 58 East through the Midtown Tunnel in Portsmouth. Bear left out of the tunnel onto Hampton Blvd. Follow Hampton Blvd. The Constant Center will be on your left hand side.
