Crab, served a number of ways---in soups, crab cakes and in a jumbo lump crab-stuffed flounder, to name a few---is a feature. Other favorites include rye-roasted foie gras, "A Really Good Meatloaf" and roasted rack of Colorado lamb, all complemented by a notable wine list.
