The Coach House Description:
Owner-executive chef Kurt Fleischfresser takes advantage of the local bounty and utilizes Oklahoma-grown venison, beef and lamb, plus heirloom tomatoes and peaches when in season. Artisan bread is brought in from Tulsa. Fleischfresser will design a dinner for his guests or they may choose from a monthly-changing menu that incorporates recipes from his travels around the world. We recommend the rack of lamb; and the grilled filet of beef, served with your choice of sauces. You might also find roast organic chicken or, on a lighter note, sautéed Dover sole. Ask the waiter to help you choose the correct wine for your entrée from the outstanding list. Desserts may include a Grand Marnier soufflé or warm chocolate cake.
