At American Park At The Battery, in Battery Park, NYC. With a panaramic Waterfront View, including: The Statue of Liberty.

The evening will include: Top Shelf Open Bar, ALL NIGHT LONG, from 10pm-5am. Tray passed Hors DOuvres. Fireworks! Various DJs spinning a mix of: Hip-Hop, House, R&B, Reggae and the Classics. A live performance (TBA). And A live simulcast from Times Square.

This is a BLACK TIE AFFAIR!
